September 01 Cinnamon buns-melt 100g butter in a pot and add 5dl milk, let it warm till 37 degree.
-divide 50g yeast (jäst för söta degar) into really small parts in a bowl and add some of the 37 degree liquid and let the yeast 'melt'
-add the rest of the liquid and 1 1/2 dl sugar
-add 1.3l flour and make a nice and soft dough. It shouldn't stick to your fingers
-let the dough rise for 30 min till it has sort of doubled the size
-make the buns by spreading 1/2 of the dough
-spread butter, sugar and cinnamon on it and roll
-cut out buns and let them rise for 30 min
-whip the egg and put on top of the buns and then add pearlsugar
-bake 7-8 min at 250 degree. Comments (3)
